Red Squirrel on Holiday in Guyana

  • 50ml Red Squirrel Gingernut Liqueur
  • 25ml El Dorado 8yo rum
  • 50ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 50ml Fresh White Grapefruit Juice
  • Dash Angostura Bitters


Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a pineapple wedge. Then float the dash of angostura bitters.
